✅ Who Can Apply?

• All street vendors engaged in vending in urban areas (as on or before March 24, 2020, and extended criteria)
• Vendors possessing a Certificate of Vending or ID Card issued by Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)
• Vendors identified in the survey but not issued an ID card
• Vendors from surrounding development/peri-urban/rural areas vending in the geographical limits of the ULBs

📝 How to Apply?

1. 1Apply online on the PM SVANidhi portal (pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in) or through a Common Service Centre (CSC)
2. 2Approach a lending institution (Bank/NBFC/MFI) with the application reference
3. 3Vendors without an ID card must first get a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from the ULB
4. 4Loan is sanctioned and disbursed directly to the vendor's bank account
