A new government scheme (Budget 2024-25) to boost jobs. It gives one month's salary (up to ₹15,000) to first-time employees. It also pays employers for creating new jobs and reimburses their EPFO contributions.

For Employees (Scheme A): One month's wage (up to ₹15,000) paid in 3 installments.
For Employers (Scheme B): Incentives based on EPFO contribution for 4 years.
For Employers (Scheme C): Govt pays employer's EPFO share (up to ₹3,000/month) for 2 years.

4Step 4: Subsidy is transferred directly to the employee's bank account (DBT) or reimbursed to the employer.
