A central government scheme to increase the production of Rice, Wheat, Pulses, and Millets. It helps farmers by providing free high-quality seed minikits, subsidies for farm machinery (like rotavators and pumps), and training on modern farming techniques.

Seed Subsidy: Up to ₹50/kg or 50% cost for Pulses & Hybrids.
Free Minikits: Distribution of seed minikits for newer varieties.
Machinery Subsidy: Up to 50% subsidy on Pump sets, Sprayers, Rotavators, and Seed Drills.
Demonstrations: ₹15,000/ha assistance for organizing cluster demonstrations.
Micronutrients: Subsidy for lime/gypsum and bio-fertilizers.

Farmers in identified districts (Rice/Wheat/Pulses districts).
Priority given to Small & Marginal farmers (33% of allocation).
SC/ST farmers (allocation as per population).
Farmers adopting improved technologies.

1Step 1: Visit your Block Agriculture Officer (BAO) or District Agriculture Office.
2Step 2: Apply for Seed Minikits through the Gram Panchayat or Kisan Salahkar.
3Step 3: For machinery subsidy, apply via your state's DBT Agriculture Portal.
4Step 4: Beneficiaries are selected by the District Level Committee.
5Step 5: Subsidy is transferred via DBT after purchase/verification.
