A financial aid scheme for BPL patients suffering from life-threatening diseases (like Cancer, Kidney/Liver failure). It provides up to ₹15 Lakh for treatment in Government Hospitals.

💰 Benefits

Financial Aid: Up to ₹15 Lakh one-time assistance.
Coverage: Kidney/Liver/Heart Transplants, Cancer treatment, etc.
Payment: Money is paid directly to the Hospital MS, not to the patient.

✅ Who Can Apply?

Must belong to a BPL family (Income below poverty line).
Suffering from major life-threatening disease.
Treatment must be in a Government Super Specialty Hospital.
Not covered by other insurance (like Ayushman Bharat) for the same cost.

📝 How to Apply?

1Step 1: Get diagnosed at a Govt Hospital.
2Step 2: Fill the RAN Application Form signed by the Doctor and Medical Superintendent.
3Step 3: Attach Income Certificate/BPL Card and Cost Estimate.
4Step 4: Submit to Ministry of Health (or Hospital's revolving fund for <₹5 Lakh).
5Step 5: Committee approves and funds are released to hospital.
