✅ ಯಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು?

• Applicant (mother or guardian) must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.[3]
• Must possess a white ration card (rice card) for BPL households.[1][3]
• Children must be enrolled in Classes 1 to 12 (Intermediate) in recognized government, private aided, private unaided, or residential schools/junior colleges.[1][3][9]
• Monthly family income should not exceed ₹10,000 in rural areas or ₹12,000 in urban areas.[1]
• Family land ownership must be less than 3 acres wet, 10 acres dry, or 10 acres combined wet/dry land.[1][3]
• The family should not own municipal property of 1000 sq ft or more.[1]
• The family should not own a four-wheeler (excluding taxis, autos, or tractors).[1]
• No family member should be paying income tax.[1]
• No family members should be employed in central or state government (excluding sanitation workers).[1]
• Children must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance, with exceptions for medical reasons.[1][3]
• The mother's or guardian's bank account must be linked with Aadhaar.[5]
• Beneficiaries should not be receiving benefits from similar central or state government schemes.[1]
• Students enrolled in ITI/Polytechnic/IIIT or other fee-reimbursement courses are not eligible.[1]
• Orphans and street children enrolled through voluntary organizations are also eligible.[1][3]

1. 1Schools and educational institutions collect the initial data from eligible students and their mothers/guardians.[1]
2. 2Provisional beneficiary lists are published at village and ward secretariats for public review.[1]
3. 3Grievances or objections regarding the lists are accepted and subsequently resolved by the local authorities.[1]
4. 4Applications are verified by school authorities and Welfare & Education Assistants (WEAs).[1]
5. 5e-KYC verification, often involving biometric authentication, is completed by Village Volunteers or WEAs.[1]
6. 6Upon final approval, the financial aid is directly disbursed to the Aadhaar-linked bank accounts of the eligible mothers or guardians.[1][2]
