1. 1Step 1: For Startups/Grants: Apply through RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubators (R-ABIs) located in agricultural universities.
2. 2Step 2: For Infrastructure: Farmers/Groups submit proposals to the District Agriculture Officer.
3. 3Step 3: Proposals are reviewed by the State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC).
4. 4Step 4: Selected startups undergo a 2-month incubation training program before getting the grant.
