For Employees (Scheme A): One month's wage (up to ₹15,000) paid in 3 installments.
For Employers (Scheme B): Incentives based on EPFO contribution for 4 years.
For Employers (Scheme C): Govt pays employer's EPFO share (up to ₹3,000/month) for 2 years.

✅ Who Can Apply?

Scheme A: First-time employees joining formal work (EPFO registered) with salary up to ₹1 Lakh/month.
Scheme B: Employers in manufacturing creating new jobs.
Scheme C: Employers increasing their total workforce count.

📝 How to Apply?

1Step 1: Employer registers new employees on the Shram Suvidha/EPFO portal.
2Step 2: Employer files the Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR).
3Step 3: System identifies eligible first-time employees.
4Step 4: Subsidy is transferred directly to the employee's bank account (DBT) or reimbursed to the employer.
